10 Feet High Tsunami Waves After Massive Earthquake Strikes Chile

A Tsunami watch was issued for Hawaii after a 8.3 size seismic tremor struck close Santiago, Chile. An effective 8.3-extent tremor struck off Chile's coast on Wednesday, as per a preparatory evaluation from the U.S. Topographical Survey. The shake's epicenter spoke the truth 54 kilometers (34 miles) west of Illapel, Chile, USGS said. It happened around 7:54 p.m. (6:45 p.m. ET) and had a profundity of 33 kilometers (20.5 miles).
